Kosma Technology is committed to providing digital experiences that are usable by everyone, including people with disabilities.

Conformance target

This website is designed and built to conform with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the technical standard referenced by Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. § 794d) for federal information and communication technology.

Measures we take

We design and develop Kosma Technology's website with accessibility in mind. Specific measures include:

  • Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy
  • Sufficient color contrast for text and interactive elements (WCAG AA: 4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text)
  • Visible keyboard focus indicators on all interactive elements
  • Skip-to-main-content link for keyboard and screen-reader users
  • Alternative text for all meaningful images
  • Logical, accessible reading order without reliance on layout for meaning
  • Respect for user motion preferences (prefers-reduced-motion)
  • Responsive layout that supports zoom and reflow at 200% and beyond

Limitations and feedback

Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. As a sole-operator firm we cannot maintain a continuous third-party accessibility audit, but we treat reported issues as priority defects and address them on the next deploy cycle.

Compatibility

This site is built to be compatible with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) and assistive technologies including screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver) and screen magnification tools.
