They continue handling daily operations and support tickets. Kosma owns the technology roadmap and oversees the decisions and work needed to deliver it.
You own your accounts, data, and configurations. We document systems throughout the engagement and help with the transition when you hire a full-time technology leader.
Every engagement begins with a signed scope, deliverables, and fee. Third-party costs pass through at cost, with receipts. Kosma takes no vendor commissions or margin.
