Careers

Build Systems that last.

Kosma Technology is a Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) delivering IT systems engineering for federal missions. Our team philosophy is simple: trust people, and they deliver their best work. So we hire a small number of senior practitioners, hand them end-to-end ownership, and practice kaizen — continuous improvement in small daily steps, applied to our systems, our process, and ourselves.
